Our Philosophy

At Project TRY, we believe in building a foundation in marginalized individuals that will give them a stepping-stone to pursue economic opportunities. Our training courses are focused on capacity building & personal development based on the understanding of challenges faced by the communities we serve. We strive on individual growth & socio-economic benefit and we are working on TRANSFORMING RURAL YOUTH, ONE VILLAGE AT A TIME.

Our Approach

In efforts to achieve our goals effectively via satellite training centers, every village is approached with a pre-setup scoping study that is focused on socio economic factors. Education, healthcare, economic development, resource management, environment, & social challenges are key areas of focus when conducting our SWOT analysis before establishing centers. Operating on a non-profit model propels us to operate on a lean & cost effective structure to optimize effective programs to deliver high social impact.

Our Mission & Objectives

To empower rural youth to lead productive and meaningful lives through gainful employment in the services sector.

To establish skills centres in rural areas, across the globe.

To initiate programmes in rural settings which will empower rural youth to fit themselves into industries available in/ around their localities

To apply comprehensive and holistic approaches to each locality to develop and enhance the employability of its youth

To utilize local available resources in a sustainable and productive manner.
